Fifty of our property owners unpaid for 2009. There will be no keys or facilities use passes handed out to those owners until their account is paid in full for 2009. These owners have been re-invoiced with late charges and interest added. The next step will be either court action, collection agency or liens on their property.
For those of you who still need a key, you can come to any LVPOA board meeting (see schedule) or one of the upcoming key dates on May 30 at the South Boat Launch from 10 am to 2 pm.
